Richmond Care Village – Wood Norton is a new £40million care facility in Evesham, Worcestershire, next door to the Grade II listed Wood Norton Hotel. CG Reynolds were employed to carry out the installation of the SFS, partitions and ceilings packages.
CGR employed EOS to supply the SFS package & utilised the new Glassroc X board in leui of CP board. Both of these systems were used to ensure minimum noise pollution with a working hotel as neighbours. Internally, CGR’s scope of work included dry lining & ceilings to 48 apartments, 46 suites & a 60 bed care-home with various facilities including a swimming pool & spa. CGR utilised a BG system throughout, with specialist Knauf Aquapanel to shower areas & Promat Masterboard, with non corrosive framing to the swimming pool areas.
