The Brunel Building is a £116million 16 storey, new build office development on North Wharf Road, opposite Paddington Station in Central London. With views of Wembley Stadium to the north and The City to the west, the project is a CAT-A fit-out with an aim to entice high-end clients. Therefore, a high quality finish is required throughout the build.
CG Reynolds delivered a wide variety of packages at The Brunel Building including; the core partitions & ceilings, riser doors & ironmongery, black metal cladding to lift lobbies, cladding boards to the plant room area, blind box extrusion trim, ceiling tile rafts and ceiling works to lobby areas. We also took design responsibility on this project, producing design solutions for the perimeter wall bulkhead and also design co-ordination with M&E for the rafts, both 2D and 3D utilising BIM.
The project was delivered within the clients tight programme, with 40+ operatives on site, always ensuring a top quality finish. This is reflected through the building being fully let before practical completion was achieved to high end clients such as The Premier League & Sony Pictures. This shows that quality was demontrated throughout the project by CG Reynolds.
